    • Introduction of any three percussions instr. like pakhavaj, Dholak and Dhol.
    • Laya and Kayakaries – Ad, Kuad and Biad.

    UNIT – II

    • Ability to write all taals in different layakaries given in syllabus.
    • Definition of Tukda, Mukhda, Mohra, Reta, Faran, Tipalli, Chaupalli etc.
    • Essay on topic related to music.

    UNIT – III
